Morgan River Aussies (MRA) guarantees this dog to be a produce of a breeding between WTCH CH. Gabrielinos Charlie Chaplin DNA-VP RS-N JS-N and Morgan Rivers Pink Cadillac DNA-VP. MRA also guarantees and provides proof thereof that Dr. MacMillan or Dr. Nelson, San Diego, examined this dog’s eyes on April 2000, and that no anomalies were detected at that time. MRA guarantees and provides proof thereof that both parents passed OFA hip examinations with ratings of Good or better and will provide copies of the current CERF exam for the sire and dam.

In the above paragraph, MRA has proven that the possible common problems have been addressed and certified, to wit: eyes and hips. Therefore, MRA assumes no liability whatsoever for environmentally induced problems in these two areas. However, should 2 board certified eye and/or hip veterinarians prove beyond reasonable doubt that any problems occurring are indeed genetic/congenital and not environmental, MRA agrees to either replace this puppy with another puppy from MRA or pay up to but not to exceed $2500 in medical costs or 4 times the cost of the puppy, whichever is greater.  

Should the owners of this puppy determine for whatever reason that this puppy is not suitable for them, MRA will take the puppy back with the following refund schedule:

0-3 months of age: full price

3-6 months of age: 2/3 full price

6-12 months of age: 1/2 full price

12 months and over: shipping only

 

MRA will ask no questions as to why the puppy is unsuitable unless it concerns health or temperament problems. MRA will never under any circumstance refuse to take a puppy of MRA’s breeding back at any time in the puppy’s lifetime. If necessary, MRA will make arrangements to place the puppy with another home near the original home pursuant to bringing the puppy back to MRA. If the original owners wish to place the puppy with another home themselves, the home must be screened by MRA and there will be no monies involved, other than necessary shipping and vet expenses. MRA does not resell puppies taken back.

I agree to return my puppy to MRA if for some reason I cannot keep my puppy at any time during its lifetime. Failure to do so could result in legal action by MRA.
